Respikius Martin is a PhD Student sponsored under Timber Rush Project in the Department of Policy Planning and Management. His research focuses on the value chain aspects of Timber rush Project. Martin obtained his BSc and MSc in Agricultural Education and Extension from Sokoine University of Agriculture and MS in Rural Sociology from Ohio State University. His areas of research include adoption studies, Gender issues, contract farming, ICT for agriculture development, policy and practice, governance in value chains and social dimension of natural resource management.
