BIOGRAPHY:

Mr. Samuel Fumbwani is an Assistant Lecturer in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Development at the College of Social Science and Humanities, Sokoine University of Agriculture. He lectures both undergraduate and post graduate students and provides outreach services. He holds a bachelor degree in Public Administration (Human Resource Management) and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management both from Mzumbe University.
Mr. Samuel has both academic and industrial experience, he served as a Senior Human Resources Officer for five years before leaving the corporate and moved on to his academic career with plenteous experience and hands-on involvement in managing the full spectrum of Human Resources, working with the human resources information systems and spearheading Human Resources business contingency plan.
Mr Samuel is an active researcher, his interest is in the area of Human resource Management, Labor market dynamics, Labor Market Assessment, Strategic Human Resource Management, Human Capital Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior and Managing Teams in Organizations.
