Amani A. Mwakalapuka is a Lecturer in the Department of Language Studies, one of the Departments in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences of Sokoine University of Agriculture. He holds Diploma in Education, Master of Arts in Applied Psychology (University of Dar es Salaam) and PhD in Applied Psychology (University of Dodoma), Tanzania.
He is a beneficiary of the United States Department of State Exchange Programme through the Fulbright Fellowship in which he served as Tutorial Assistant in the Savannah State University in 2004 and 2005.
In addition, he is recognized by the American Council on Second Language Teaching. He is also one of the founding members of the Tanzania Psychological Association and a proud member of the Fulbright Alumni in Tanzania.
