Six students from College of Social Sciences and Humanities (CSSH) undertook their Field Practical Training at the Rungemba Community Development Training Institute, located in Mafinga District, Iringa Region. The students were actively involved in an ongoing avocado project under the supervision of Mr. R.M. Mbiji, an instructor at the institute and the coordinator of the project. Their primary activities involved conducting a mini research study to gather feedback from the target community regarding the avocado project. To achieve this, they visited various villages in the Isalavanu Ward, collected relevant data, and compiled their findings into a report.
